Mission Statement

To conduct a successful International Youth Summit during the 84th Grand Conclave in Tampa, FL, that fosters stimulated conversation and provides additional resources to the youth and parents located in the Tampa Bay Area.

 Vision Statement

Creating an event that can be duplicated at future Conclaves with a standardized planning framework, regardless of who serves on the Committee within the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and executing this event will encourage youth and adults in the area to attend, interact, and gain valuable knowledge about various topics.
