District Fatherhood and Mentoring Committee Chairmen (FMCC) Submission Instructions
District Data Submission Deadline: Saturday, May 24, 2025
The District FMCC is responsible for ensuring your District is represented in the 2025 Father’s Day Production. Your DRs and/or District officers are not the owners of this event; you are. Please take ownership of communication and follow up with chapters to ensure your District is included in this year’s program. Below are the steps required by FMCC to be included in the program.
- Solicit and Collect Videos and Pictures from your District (Set an earlier deadline for your district to meet the program team deadline)
- Ensure that only FINANCIAL
brothers provide testimonies or photos.
- Ensure submissions of pictures or videos from chapters include the Media-Content Release Form.

- Review and select video(s) and Pictures for submission
- Submit Videos and Pictures to your
District Google Drive Folder by Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. EST
- Identify the District and Content (Video or Photo) when placed in your folder.
- Format: District ID- Photo # or Video # (Example- 1st District- Video 1 or 1st District- Photo 10)
- Provide a script (Separate Word document) that includes the names of video participants and the District FMCC's contact information in case there are questions about data submission.
- Provide a current version of your District Logo in your District folder.
Required Documents For Upload
- Media Release Form (MANDATORY FOR EVERY BROTHER WHO SUBMITS A VIDEO/PHOTO)

- Provide the Video Script (Include Name, Chapter, District)
Video Criteria
- 3 minutes (max) in length
- Speaker to introduce themselves- First Name, Last Name, Chapter, District
- Answer the question- “What are the most important life skills fathers should teach their children?”
- Ensure Audio Quality is Good
- Ensure Lighting Quality is Good
- Ensure background noises are Not present
- Use a Tripod to ensure the Steadiness of the Video
- No Production scripts or banners on Videos- Raw Video Footage Only
- Name the file according to the instructions above
