Our Vision
Through an effective international District and Chapter volunteer workforce and organizational support system, programs, services, and activities of the International Committee on Fatherhood and Mentoring Initiatives of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., are dedicated to: 1. bridging the gap of father absenteeism in the life of their children and families, and, 2. mentoring fathers and youth internally within the international fraternity and externally to the broader community.
Mission:
The Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Fatherhood Initiative promotes fatherhood and highlights the importance of fathers playing an active and responsible role in the lives of their children. The fraternity aims to raise awareness about the importance of parenting and celebrating exemplary fathers who are engaged in their children's lives. Partnerships will be formed with community-based fatherhood programs and government support agencies at all levels to foster the program's objectives
